Hello, my name is Shaelyn Toman

I am a blessed mother of two beautiful children. Becoming a mother ultimately helped me figure out who I am, and who I want to be. Having my own children showed me how beautiful birth is. Undoubtedly it is one of the most exciting and important times in a mothers life. Childbirth is beautiful no matter how it happens. My passion is helping mothers be empowered in their choices encompassing all the stages of motherhood including pregnancy, labour, delivery, feeding, and early parenting. 

 

I am trained through CAPPA  As well as, IPPA for placenta encapsulation. In pursuit to offer the most to my clients, I also have a diploma in personal nutrition and certified in pregnancy, breastfeeding and child nutrition.
